YCKE career path and work-based learning programme is an experience that expose students to different types of jobs and help students learn and apply skills necessary for the world of work. The experiences give students the opportunity to acquire attitudes, soft skills, and knowledge for work and other life roles by participating in work settings related to in-school instructional programmes.
The activities aimed at the fusion of workplace experiences into the academic environment to assist students in developing work behaviours that will make them more employable. The activities provide workplace and academic experiences to assist them in becoming responsible, cooperative, and active members of the community and active in society.
